Our founder, Jani Havunen, holds a Master of Administrative Sciences (major in Civil Law) from the University of Eastern Finland and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in International Corporate & Commercial Law from King’s College London.  
 
Beyond Havunen Consulting, Jani is also the founder and CEO of Smart Workers Oy, chairman of Havurax Oy, and an active real estate investor through BCI Apartments, giving him a broad entrepreneurial perspective in addition to his legal expertise. 
 
Jani has an extensive international network, built through years of advisory work and partnerships across Europe and Central Asia, among others, allowing us to support clients in cross-border matters effectively. 
 
We also assist clients in tax audits and tax litigation matters, providing both legal expertise and practical experience in dealing with Finnish tax authorities.
